Opportunities Through Teamwork

Heartshare Human Services is a non-profit arm of Catholic Charities serving individuals with disabilities and other challenges. They were having a hard time finding the correct space for their daytime rehabilitation center in Brooklyn because general office buildings were not built to suit the unique needs of their clientele.

Where other property managers would have seen all of the reasons they couldn’t make a partnership work, Treeline saw an opportunity to help an organization meet their unique needs while also taking advantage of an underutilized space in one of our properties – a true win-win situation.
