As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Treeline, Glenn Schor serves as point of contact with the investment community. He’s developed long-standing relationships with major property owners and financial institutions that understand and seek out Glenn because of his belief in seeing things differently. A perspective that has guided Treeline’s ever growing success.

“I use my more than 35 years experience as a developer, investor and attorney in focusing on a variety of different transactions. Over the years I’ve become an expert in realizing an asset’s hidden value. It’s all about seeing an opportunity from unique and creative viewpoints. I have long-term roots in Brooklyn and Long Island and I’m proud that Treeline has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to economic development here. It gives me a distinct advantage in investing in those communities, but my expertise also extends throughout the New York tri-state area,” he says.

Glenn also plays a key role in Treeline’s leasing activities, developing creative approaches to making and closing lease deals. “My extensive knowledge in all things real estate and wide range of industry contacts enable me to respond quickly and thoroughly. This is especially true in facilitating and concluding deals that are inordinately complex. I’ve built great relationships with many major tenants that have resulted in innumerable multiple lease transactions over the years.”

Glenn is actively involved in a variety of business, educational and philanthropic organizations. This includes the Real Estate Board of New York, Building Owners and Managers Association, Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association, the Economic Assistance Corporation and Friends of Israel’s Disabled Veterans. In his free time Glenn enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
