The planned 90,000 SF facility, located near the I-85 corridor and Inland Port Greer—which offers direct rail access to the Port of Charleston—will deliver connectivity and operational efficiency to tenants.
Designed for adaptability, the project will be subdividable into seven suites of 10,000–20,000 SF, accommodating a range of industrial users from distribution to light manufacturing. Completion is targeted for November 2027.
“The New Cut Road project reflects our commitment to delivering flexible, high-quality industrial space designed for evolving tenant needs. We’re excited to continue building on the momentum we’ve established across the Southeast,” says Daniel Schor, Chief Business Development Officer at Treeline.
