Proudly supporting food banks across our geographic regions and Toys for Tots.

This holiday season, Treeline is embracing our emphasis on community, and we’re proud to support several charitable organizations doing important work that is near and dear to our hearts.

Prior to Thanksgiving, we donated resources to food banks in our areas: Island Harvest and City Harvest in New York; Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina in Charlotte, NC; and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina in Wilmington, NC.

To ensure these organizations are able to help as many people as possible throughout the rest of the season, Treeline will match the first $10,000 in donations made by Treeline’s vendors or tenants to any or all of those four food banks. You can make your donation directly to the organization of your choice and send confirmation to info@treelinecompanies.com.

Treeline is also proud to support Toys for Tots, a revered program coordinated annually by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. Toys for Tots donation boxes can now be found in lobbies across Treeline’s portfolio on Long Island in Garden City, NY (100, 200, 300 & 400 Garden City Plaza; 1205, 1225, 1305 & 1235 Franklin Avenue) – and in the Brooklyn, NY offices (175 Remsen, 177 Livingston, 188 Montague & 195 Montague).

New, unwrapped, unused toys must be placed in the donation boxes before December 20, 2023 to ensure delivery. As an extra spark of joy this season, Treeline will match the first three filled boxes of toys at each property.

“Treeline takes pride in being more than just a landlord,” said Howard Schor, principal and COO of Treeline. “As responsible community members and active community servants, we are thrilled to do the most we can to support and help the neighborhoods in which we have a presence. Each of our buildings are members of the community themselves, and often those who work at and visit the properties live locally. By activating our network of tenants and vendors, we can come together as a whole to help make a difference for those in need during this special time of year.”
