Treeline has officially closed on 2335 New Cut Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, marking the launch of a new shallo-bay/flex industrial development in one of the Southeast’s most active logistics hubs.

Victory Crossing is a new industrial facility built for distribution or manufacturing use. It is located just off of I-85 at Exit 96 in Cherokee County, SC. It is ideally located midway between Charlotte, NC to the north and Greenville/Spartanburg, SC to the south along the I-85 mega corridor. The new construction is a Class “A” rear load facility two turns off I-85, offering a high-tech image, superior 36’ clear height for high cube users, and a double deep truck court providing excess trailer storage.
