Treeline’s Garden City Plaza portfolio continues to demonstrate its strength as a premier office destination in Nassau County.

Leasing activity in recent months reflects a consistent demand for space, reinforcing the stability of the campus. Abstracts, Inc. renewed its 5,453 RSF space at 100 Garden City Plaza through September 30, 2030; Rubin Paterinti Rizzo Kaufman extended its 8,514 RSF lease at 200 Garden City Plaza through September 11, 2028; Rosenberg Calica Birney Liebman & Ross LLP committed to 6,483 RSF at 400 Garden City Plaza through February 28, 2027.

The Garden City Plaza portfolio, spanning 100, 200, 300, and 400 Garden City Plaza, features newly renovated common areas, expansive outdoor plazas, and an on-site café, all while providing direct access to Roosevelt Field Mall. The campus is strategically located with direct access to the Meadowbrook and Southern State Parkways and offers tenants convenient proximity to retail, hospitality, and the Mineola train stop for connections to Manhattan and beyond.
